You are purchasing a repair service. This repair service applies to a unit you already own. Once you purchase this service, we will provide you with our shipping address. Once we receive the unit, we will repair it within 6-8 weeks unless told otherwise. Once it is repaired we will ship it back to you.
When shipping the unit, please enclose a note with your name, address and order number. Also, please wrap very carefully with bubble wrap and place inside a sturdy box.
