You are purchasing a full Walkman repair service. This repair service applies to a unit you already own. Once you purchase this service, we will provide you with our shipping address. Once we receive the unit, we will repair it within 2-4 weeks unless told otherwise. Once it is repaired we will ship it back to you.

Our flat rate service entails lubrication, alignment, calibration and more! 

Sometimes we have to order parts so the repair process may take a bit longer than anticipated.

When shipping the unit, please enclose a note with your name, address and order number. Also, please wrap very carefully with bubble wrap and place inside a sturdy box.
