Operating this module without a proper heatsink—even for a brief diagnostic test—will result in immediate and permanent internal substrate failure.
Technician's Note: Before installing, verify that your power supply voltage is within the 44V range and discharge all filter capacitors. We recommend checking the output coupling capacitors, as dried-out electrolytic caps in vintage equipment are the primary cause of module stress and audio clipping.
